The Gerlach School/Community Library is on the edge of the Black Rock Desert and serves the northern half of Washoe County. We are located inside the Gerlach K–12 School.

Like all Washoe County Libraries, we have access to everything that the county library system has to offer, in addition to housing thousands of items, which include books, CDs, audiobooks, DVDs and Blu-rays. We also have public internet access.
