Community Collaborations

School & Event Visitsoutreach event

At your request, a library staff member, if available, will visit your school or event to share information about everything the library has to offer. To arrange for participation at a school event, or to request the library's participation at a community event, please complete our outreach request form.

Minimum notice of three weeks is preferred.

Collaborative Programs

We partner with numerous community organizations to bring outstanding programs and services to you. For information about upcoming programs and events, please visit events.washoecountylibrary.us.

If you are interested in hosting a program at the library or have a suggestion for a collaborative program with a local organization,please complete our event proposal form.

Distributing Information

The library is happy to provide information about upcoming library programs to your organization. We are also happy to distribute flyers, posters and other information for nonprofit, arts and cultural organizations at our branches.
