Northwest Reno Library Closed/Delayed Opening Thursday, May 14
The Northwest Reno Library is closed for a heating and cooling replacement and a roof retrofit. The branch is expected to reopen in late summer.
To accommodate staff training, all Washoe County Library locations will remained closed until 2 pm on Thursday, May 14, except the Duncan/Traner, Gerlach, Northwest Reno, Senior Center, and Verdi libraries, which will be closed all day.
It is the policy of the Washoe County Library System to prohibit all animals from entering library facilities, with the exceptions of animals featured in programs sponsored by the Library System and service animals and service-animal trainees in accordance with “Americans with Disabilities Act” Title III Regulations.
