Washoe County is Seeking Public Input on a Potential Development Code Amendment Relating to:
Section 110.406.24 Modification of Building Placement Standards for setbacks for Parcels adjacent to unused Right-of-Way (ROW) of more than 20 feet.

Washoe County staff will be available to discuss the proposed amendment from 5:00 pm to 6:00 p.m. Following public input, the amendment will be discussed by the Washoe County Planning Commission. The public hearing is tentatively scheduled for the October 5, 2021 Planning Commission meeting starting at 6:00 p.m.
