All Washoe County Libraries Closed on Christmas Day: Dec. 25, 2019 and New Year's Day: Jan. 1, 2020

The Washoe County Library System invites you to celebrate the winter season at your local library. The Library System is hosting a wide array of seasonal events for people of all ages.  ‘Tis the season for long afternoons spent nestled in a cozy reading nook and immersed in a fantastic new book. Whether you’re going out of town or hunkering down at home, there will be plenty of time to start a new book (or two or three) over the winter season.  Check it out: Please go to www.washoecountylibrary.us  to place a hold, renew a checkout, download eBooks, research databases and more. 

All Washoe County libraries will be closed Wednesday, December 25 in observance of the Christmas Day holiday and Wednesday, January 1, 2020 for the New Year's Day holiday. Libraries with Tuesday evening hours will close at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 24 and December 31, 2019.
