Debit and Credit Cards Accepted at Treasurer’s Office Counter
Reno, Nev. Jan. 23, 2019. Washoe County property owners are now able to pay their county property tax bill using a debit or credit card in person at the Treasurer’s Office. This secure and user-friendly service will give taxpayers the convenience and ease of using a card when visiting the Treasurer’s Office to make their payment. Whether in person or online, all card payments require a service fee paid directly to the payment vendor.
“In an effort to provide quality public service to our customers, we have worked to increase the variety of payment options whether online, in person or by mail, including extended hours,” says Tammi Davis, Washoe County Treasurer. “We are excited to add this new service as one of those options.”
