Photo opportunity with the turkeys

Thanksgiving photos, scavenger hunt at Rancho Park open house on Saturday, Nov. 19.

Reno, Nevada. Nov. 16, 2016. Celebrate the season of the turkey by bringing the family to Rancho San Rafael Regional Park’s 10^th Annual Meet the Turkeys Open House from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016.  

In addition, there will be horse and pony rides provided by Lorie's Pony Express at a cost of $5, farm animals, Moolisa the milking cow from the Nevada Department of Agriculture, fall crafts with the Truckee Meadow Parks Foundation, and the Discovery Room will be open.

Bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the Food Bank of Northern Nevada.

Don’t forget your camera to take amazing fall and Thanksgiving photos with the turkeys.
