Reno, Nevada. Sept. 19, 2016. The Board of County Commissioners is holding a special meeting Thursday, Sept. 22, 2016, at 3:30 p.m. to fill three, vacant state legislative seats in Washoe County for Nevada State Senate Districts 13 and 15, as well as Nevada State Assembly District 25.
