Free concert series kicks off with Motown R&B with Escalade.

Reno, Nevada. June 8, 2016. Music enthusiasts are invited to get their groove on for free while listening to jams from Motown R&B with Escalade at Lazy 5 Regional Park every Wednesday night beginning June 15.

Washoe County is pleased to present the 2016 Summer Music Series from June 15 to Aug. 3. Concerts are from 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m., on Wednesday evenings at Washoe County’s Lazy 5 Regional Park.

Where: Washoe County’s Lazy 5 Regional Park located at 7100 Pyramid Wy., Spanish Springs

When: Wednesday, June 15, 2016, at 6:30 p.m.

  • 6/22       Blues & Rock n’ Roll by Guitar Woody & the Boilers with Melanie Perl
  • 6/29       A Musical Variety by the Band of the West Coast
  • 7/6         Jazz, Country and Rock with Impromptu
  • 7/13       Rock, Soul and Blues by Electric Catfish
  • 7/20       An evening of Blues & Rock with Blue Haven
  • 7/27       R&B and Smooth Jazz by MyG.i.a. featuring The Wizz
  • 8/3         Blues, Southern Rock & Jam by The Joker’s Wild Blues Band

For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, please bring blankets or LOW BACK chairs. Dinner or snacks in small coolers are welcome. Please NO PETS or glass containers.
