Reno, Nevada. Feb. 5, 2016. Washoe County’s Community Services Department is now accepting applications for seasonal employment at a variety of parks throughout Washoe County. Jobs are currently available in the following areas:

  • Aquatics
  • Recreation
  • Park aides
  • Park rangers
  • Park maintenance

Applicants in need of computer access are encouraged to take advantage of free services offered by JobConnect offices located in the Reno Town Mall at 4001 S. Virginia St., or at 2281 Pyramid Way in Sparks.

For those interested in applying for aquatics positions including lifeguards, senior lifeguards, or pool managers at Bowers Mansion swimming pool, the County offers lifeguard training, CPR/first aide and recertification courses.
