Holiday Closures
On Wednesday, December 24, all libraries will close early — at 4 pm — except the Gerlach Community Library, the Verdi Community Library and Nature Center, and the Duncan/Traner Community Library, which will be closed all day, and the Senior Center library which will close at its usual time of 1 pm. All Washoe County Library locations will be closed Thursday, December 25, for the Christmas holiday.

Per order of the Washoe County Health District, Verdi Community Library and Nature Center will be closed Wednesday, August 12 and Saturday, August 15.

There is no hot water to the facility due to a well construction project in Verdi. It is anticipated that the library will open regularly on Wednesday August 19, 2015. For more information please visit us online at www.washoecountylibrary.us
