April Library Newsletter Highlights:
- Celebrate National Library Week April 12-18
Washoe County Library System joins libraries across the country in a celebration of National Library Week. Our library develops its programs and services to meet the diverse needs of our community. Ebooks, job-seeking resources, innovative programming, workforce development, computer classes, homework help and more. Check out the “Unlimited Possibilities @ your library!”
Some events include the following:- Sunday, April 12 – Downtown Reno Movie Matinee at 2 p.m.
- Monday, April 13 – Spanish Springs Brain Awareness Program at 5 p.m.
- Tuesday, April 14—Nevada Libraries Snapshot Day celebration all day
- Wednesday, April 15 – Sierra View hosts Family Estate Planning Workshop Series at 11 a.m.
- Thursday, April 16 – Sparks Basic Computer Classes at 11 a.m.; Incline Village Jelly! Co-Working event at 4 p.m.
- Friday, April 17 – South Valleys Tech Café at 3 p.m.
- Saturday, April 18 – Northwest Reno Knitting and Crochet Club at 1 p.m.
