Holiday Closures
On Wednesday, December 24, all libraries will close early — at 4 pm — except the Gerlach Community Library, the Verdi Community Library and Nature Center, and the Duncan/Traner Community Library, which will be closed all day, and the Senior Center library which will close at its usual time of 1 pm. All Washoe County Library locations will be closed Thursday, December 25, for the Christmas holiday.

Free event empowers people to develop independence.

Reno, Nevada. March 17, 2015. Regional Jobs Network, along with community leaders and partners, invite you to Washoe County's Regional Jobs Network Team Meeting Thursday, March 19 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The event is free and the goal of the meeting is to empower people to develop independence in all life areas.
